Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs demonstrate radiodense effusion, osteoporosis, and cartilaginous and osseous destruction of the elbow joint. The trochlear and radial notches of the ulna are widened (black arrows), and the radial head is mildly enlarged (white arrow).
