History
A 70-year-old woman presents to the emergency room with an acute onset of left arm weakness, difficulty walking and slurred speech. Significant findings on physical exam include blood pressure of 180/100mm Hg, dysarthria and decreased motor strength in left upper and lower extremities. Her laboratory values are within normal limits.
