IMPRESSION:

Perfusion defects involving lateral frontal, posterior parietal, and posterior temporal lobes on the left side.
Perfusion defects involving anterior frontal cortex bilaterally and the right posterior temporal cortex.
There is also asymmetry of the basal ganglia.
