- MRI: Normal
- SPECT (before): Decreased perfusion to the left basal
ganglia, left posterior temporal perfusion defect with adjacent
(anterior) luxury perfusion, and cerebellar assymetry.
- SPECT (after): Bilateral temporal hyperemia more extensive
on the left side, hyperemic focus in right cerebellar hemisphere
with adjacent decreased perfusion, and basal ganglia perfusion now
symetric.
