Differential Diagnosis:

  1. Pick's disease (rare, but highly likely with CT findings and history)
  2. Alzheimer's disease (unusual location, but possible)
  3. Dementia of the frontal type
  4. Progressive supra nuclear palsy (ocular signs are almost always present)
  5. Vascular dementia (CT findings usually show a previous stroke)
