Recurrent Metastatic Melanoma (Case 1)

Case History

A 39 year old white male with a history of melanoma presented with a one month history of headaches, nausea and vomiting, was shown to have four intracranial lesions. Four cerebral metastasis were identified on MRI.

He was treated with radiation therapy and radiosurgery. Eight months after the diagnosis of metastatic melanoma and four months after radiosurgery, the patient presented with worsening headaches.
