Impression:

  • No fixed or reversible perfusion abnormalities detected at the cardiac workload achieved.
  • Bowel uptake noted in the rest study.

    Note:
    In the stress study, reduced uptake seen in septum and the lateral wall looks like a "smear" in opposite walls (arrows).
    This typical finding is associated with patient motion.
    Motion, mainly vertical, was demonstrated in the cine display of the raw data.
