Impression:

  • No perfusion abnormalities detected.

    Notice:
    Septum is shorter than anterior, inferior and lateral wall (green arrows). In coronal slices from the basal third of the myocardium, there is often no trace uptake (pink arrows) - no or little myocardium, mostly membraneous septum. This is called "short septum".

    There is slight individual variation in the extent of this "short septum".
