Impression:

  • The rest images show mild reduced tracer uptake in the anterior wall and reverse changes are seen in the anterior wall during stress. This combination of findings are consistent with mild myocardial injury and patent coronary artery.

  • No strees induced ischemia.

    Comments:
Myocardial contusion can lead to myocardial injury. Most often the injury is a result of direct mechanical effect on the myocardium (diffuse anterior wall injury), while occasionally LAD damaged (plaque rupture?) leading to more localized and more severe injury in a pattern of LAD distribution.
MV accidents, Americal football, and bull fighting are the most common circumstances, in that order.
