Impression:

  • Normal rest perfusion.

  • Mild stress induced ischemia in small volume of the myocardium (2/25 segments) of the inferior wall (RCA territory).

  • Mild to moderate increased RV uptake consistent with pulmonary hypertension.

  • Normal LV volume and ejection fraction (60%). No wall motion abnormalities.

    Note:

    RV is clearly visible on this display. Quantification (RV/LV uptake ratio) shows a ratio of 0.50 consistent with condition of RV pressure overload, which, in the absence of pulmonary valve disease, is diagnosticfor pulmonary hypertension. PA pressure estimated by ECHO Doopler 49 mmHg.
    No explanation for this pulmonary hypertension could be identified other than possibly sleep apnea due to morbid obesity.
