• 63-year-old woman
• Height: 62 inches
• Weight: 262 pounds
• 63-years-old women with a history of morbid obesity, adult onset diabetes mellitus, and atypical chest pain was admitted to the hospital with several weeks of not filling well, increasing dyspnea on exertion, as well as increasing chest pain.
• Evaluate for ischemia

SPECT myocardial perfusion studies were performed using Tc-99m-Sestamibi. Images representing myocardial perfusion were obtained at rest and peak stress.
