Decreased tracer uptake in the apex and inferior lateral wall c / w
non-transmural myocardial injury (6 / 25 segments)(RCA territory).
Mild stress induced changes in the apex and inferior laterally most likely represenent
ishemia.
However it is difficult to be absolutely sure given the recent PTCA and stent placement.
