Impression:

  • Mild fixed reduced uptake in the inferolateral wall (white arrows) with moderate transient changes -- consistent with nontransmural MI (5/25 segments) and moderate-to-severe ischemia in the residual myocardium in the area of MI and in the peri-infarct myocardium (small white lines) (RCA or less likely LCX territory).

  • Extracardiac activity noted in the rest study (liver) (green arrows with "L") -- not interfering with image quality.
