Impression:

  • Marked increase in RV uptake (3+) (green arrows) -- consistent with RV pressure overload. Markedly dilated RV (3+).

  • Mild fixed reduced uptake in the posterior septum and inferior wall -- consistent with, but not diagnostic of myocardial injury (white arrows).

  • No stress-induced ischemia detected.

    Coronary Angiography:

  • Patent coronary arteries
  • LVEF=52%
