• 61-year-old woman
• Height: 5 feet 6 inches (66 inches / 167 cm)
• Weight: 165 pounds (75 kg)
• History of CAD, status post multiple PTCAs, laser angioplasty of proximal LAD
• Now presents with recurrent chest pain for the past few weeks
• Evaluate for extent and severity of ischemia

SPECT myocardial perfusion studies were performed using Tc-99m-Sestamibi. Images representing myocardial perfusion were obtained at rest and peak stress.
