Impression:
Prominent defect in the lateral wall during the stress study. The distorted appearance of the lateral wall (arrows) is artefactual, likely due to patient motion.
The minimal distal anterior-septal reduced uptake is nonspecific and probably due to patient motion.
Mild increase in LV volume.
Mild fixed reduced uptake of attenuation type in the inferior wall during the rest study.
Significant side-to-side motion seen in the cine display of raw data.
