Impression:

  • Prominent defect in the lateral wall during the stress study. The distorted appearance of the lateral wall (arrows) is artefactual, likely due to patient motion.

  • The minimal distal anterior-septal reduced uptake is nonspecific and probably due to patient motion.

  • Mild increase in LV volume.

  • Mild fixed reduced uptake of attenuation type in the inferior wall during the rest study.

  • Significant side-to-side motion seen in the cine display of raw data.
