Impression:

  • No fixed or reversible perfusion abnormalities detected at the cardiac workload achieved.

    Note:
    Reduced uptake in the apex (arrows) -- consistent with apical thinning (normal variant) -- is more prominent in the rest study than in the stress study for this patient.
