Impression:

  • No Fixed or reversible perfusion abnormalities detected at the high cardiac workload achieved. Post test probability of CAD is very low.

    Note:
    "Short" septum (double red arrows). Normal variant.
    Septum is usually shorter than the lateral wall and contains a membraneous portion at the base.

    The two studies are not perfectly aligned.
    The 5th coronal slice in the stress study starts at the absolute base of the myocardium while the corresponding 5th rest slice is slightly more apical (confirmed by appearence of the 1st slices).
    The difference in the basal slices does not represent ischemia.
