Impression:

  • No perfusion abnormalities detected in the rest study.

  • Minimal nondiagnostic stress-induced changes in the anterior wall at the cardiac workload achieved.

  • Moderate increased RV uptake (green arrows with "RV") -- consistent with right ventricular pressure overload.

    Note: Two-day protocol, therefore similar counts in the rest and stress study.

    Cardiac catheterization:

  • PAP= 115/40
  • RV ES / ED = 115/25
