Impression:

  • No fixed or reversible perfusion abnormalities detected at the high cardiac workload achieved.

  • Nonhomogeneous tracer uptake in the inferolateral wall (nonspecific) (small lines)

  • Moderately increased RV uptake (2+) (arrows) -- consistent with RV pressure overload

    Comments:
    No postoperative (lung transpantation) right heart catheterization data is available. Preoperative catheterization study revealed moderately elevated RV and PA pressure. The clinically successful right lung transplantation has probably reduced the pressure overload on the RV, but the RV still shows evidence of pressure overload.
