• Note the difference when there are only two lobes
• Loss of heart borders/silhouetting
• Note anterior displacement of fissure on lateral view
• Dx: pneumococcal pneumonia; Incomplete collapse raises question of space-occupying abnormality such as pneumonia vs. incomplete atelectasis
